Paco has been part of the OC Mazda dealership team for the past 4 years, although he has been in the auto industry for the past 24 years. He comes with a wealth of knowledge, ensuring you and your Mazda will be in and out of the dealership in a jiffy.
One of Paco’s favorite aspects of working at the OC Mazda dealership is the strength of the company culture. He and 27 other teammates gather for weekly team lunches, after work they participate in a community co-league soccer team, in addition to out-of-office team meetings and gatherings. Company culture is a particularly important trend, as it is the driving force behind healthy work habits and thriving productivity. Speaking of OC Mazda leaders, Paco runs the Parts deparment at both of John Patteson's Mazda stores, working along side his 2 brothers Mike and Luis, in addition to his son. How fun is that? The three brothers; Paco, Luis, and Michael grew up in a modern town called Garden Grove, California. They were raised in the Greater Los Angeles area, becoming very familiar with what the town has to offer and providing support in building a strong community.
